We will be walking
through the Historic district of Philadelphia, the home of the
Liberty Bell, Independence Hall where the Declaration of
Independence was written, as well as numerous historic buildings and
museums. Stops along the way include the Old City area, Betsy Ross's
House, Elfreths Alley the oldest continually residential street in
the US. We will also walk to the Penns Landing Area and get
wonderful views of the Ben Franklin Bridge and the Delaware River.
On our way back we will be walking through the Society Hill area and
we will also be walking along South Street which offers interesting
street life and a funky and diverse environment. If your interest is
in Architecture, History or if you just like to shoot people on the
street, all of those photographic subjects will be available to you.
There are lots of Philadelphia icons along our route and anyone
interested in photography should be able to benefit from this tour.
We can even stop for a Soft Pretzel with mustard.

This tour is for those interested in improving their photography and
seeing some of Philadelphia more photographically interesting
locations in the late afternoon and sunset. The tour starts at the
top of the Art Museum steps and would include a walk around the Art
Museum to the Spring Garden Street Bridge with wonderful views of
the center city skyline, Boat House Row and the Water Works.

• We suggest good walking shoes, a lightweight poncho, in case it
rains and in high temperatures a small bottle of water & sun hat.
• A lightweight tripod is recommended for evening sessions
